Ownership 100% yours: code and data

The problem

Everyone thinks they use AI. Almost nobody does it well.

  1. 01

Inside the company, everyone does their own thing.

One tool per person, prompts kept in a corner, the same tasks redone ten times in ten different ways. What works for one person never reaches the next.

  2. 02

The tools don’t talk to each other.

Subscriptions stacking up, paid for separately, with nothing linking them. Nobody knows what the whole thing actually produces.

  3. 03

The know-how is written down nowhere.

No documented base, no company memory. The day someone leaves, their method leaves with them.

What actually changes

Today With your system
Tools One subscription per person, none of them connected One shared system, wired into the tools you already use
Memory In each person’s head, or in their personal AI A company memory the AI queries on every task
Style Generic, to be rewritten every time Yours, encoded once, applied everywhere
Data Everything goes into the tools, unsorted Walled off: sensitive data never flows into the AI tools
Ownership You rent, and you depend You own it: the system, the code, the access

What sets me apart

Five things nobody else promises you.

  1. 01

    You own it.

Built to your needs, hosted in your own environment, under your own accounts. No middleman tool you rent, no lease in disguise. If one day you want to do things differently, all of it is yours.

  2. 02

Your sensitive data never flows into the AI tools.

We use the best models, Claude first among them: data does pass through them, that is how they work. But we wall things off — whatever you want kept confidential, client files, CVs, figures, never flows into the AI tools. Built for GDPR.

  3. 03

You stay in control, without coding.

Your messages, your rules, your tone: everything that changes often is edited in plain language. You edit a text, not a line of code.

  4. 04

Designed by an operator, not by a technician.

My trade is B2B acquisition and business development, not engineering. So I automate what counts: sales, client relationships, your time. Not gadgets.

  5. 05

    Built to last.

A living system, maintained, that grows with you. Not a deliverable abandoned the day it goes live.

Does that match what you’re after?

The system at work

Five workflows, from the inside.

No abstract promises: what the system actually does, step by step, on sample data. Five examples out of more than fifty use cases, and every demo replays.

Call notes → CRM

The moment you hang up, everything updates.

Three sentences dictated as you put the phone down. The system pulls out the decision-maker, the budget and the next step, updates the CRM record and creates the tasks. Nothing to retype.

  • Call with Camille Rouxel, MD of Atelier Bréhat.
  • They go from 8 to 12 people in January, client follow-up still runs on email.
  • Budget mentioned: around €18k for the first phase.
  • She wants a quote before Thursday, committee decision on Friday.
  • Sticking point: the confidentiality of client files.

Writing in your voice

One intention, one email ready to send.

You write what you want to say, not the email. The system drafts it in your tone, with your rules and the context from the record. You read it over, you send.

Company memory

The answer comes from your own documents.

Quotes, past exchanges, price list: the system queries your own base, cites its sources and answers in seconds. Your sensitive data stays walled off.

The system proposes, you approve.

An email arrives, it is classified, a reply is drafted. Nothing goes out without your say-so: one click to approve, another to edit. That is the rule on every sensitive action.

Meeting preparation

The brief is ready before you think of it.

A meeting tomorrow? The system rereads the record, the exchanges and the quote, and drops a one-page brief into Slack at 8:30: who, where things stand, what to push.

Use cases

What the system does, step by step.

We don’t roll everything out at once: we start with the two or three tasks that cost you the most, prove the value, then extend. The cases below are examples, out of more than fifty.

The foundation

Your company memory

Your offers, your clients, your figures, your methods, your tone, in one base the AI queries on every task. That is what makes each workflow relevant instead of generic: the system knows who you are without you having to repeat it.

Examples, by function

Sales

  • 01

    Call notes into the CRM

From your notes or a recording, the write-up is drafted in your format, decisions and actions are pulled out, your pipeline is updated. The workflow that comes up most often, and the one that gives back the most time.

  • 02

    Writing in your voice

Emails, proposals, follow-ups, replies: you describe the intention, the system writes in your style, with the context from your base.

  • 03

    Qualifying inbound leads

Every new contact is enriched, scored against your ideal client, then routed: an alert if they are hot, a sequence if they need nurturing.

  • 04

    Proposals and tender responses

Structured and pre-filled from your own references and the stated need. A massive gain for services firms.

  • 05

    Meeting preparation

Before every call, a brief: who, where things stand, the history, what to push.

Client relations

  • 01

    First-line replies

An agent backed by your base answers the routine questions, cites its sources and escalates the rest with the context attached. It absorbs a large share of the repetitive requests.

  • 02

    Guided onboarding

A new client’s onboarding, automated and tracked, without anyone having to think about it.

Finance and admin

  • 01

    Staged chasing

Quotes, invoices, renewals: chased automatically, stage after stage, with the tracking updated.

  • 02

    Document filing

Every document that comes in is read, classified and filed in the right place.

Leadership

  • 01

    Weekly reporting

Your sources aggregated (CRM, accounting, analytics) and a commented summary, delivered every week. You read it, you no longer compile it.

  • 02

    Competitive watch

Competitors and market, summarised and archived, without spending your evenings on it.

Do two or three of those tasks sound familiar?

The method

Three phases, eight weeks.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 to 2

    We document.

The way you work, task by task. What costs you the most time, and what is worth automating first.

    • Map of your processes
    • Costed roadmap
  2. 02

    Weeks 3 to 7

    We build.

The foundation first: your company memory and your style. Then the first workflows, on your priority tasks, connected to your tools. With human approval before anything is automated.

    • Company memory
    • Encoded style
    • First workflows
    • Connection to your tools
    • Hands-on training
  3. 03

    From week 8

    We maintain.

The system is alive. We watch it, we improve it, we add workflows as your needs come up.

    • Maintenance
    • Improvements
    • New workflows

And it grows with you.

That is the difference between a deliverable and a system. The first is abandoned the day it goes live. The second keeps producing, and every new need becomes one more building block, not a new project.

I don’t sell AI in theory. My own practice runs on it: my call notes, my follow-ups, my market watch, my reporting. And I implement it for my clients.

I come from B2B acquisition and business development, not from engineering. I know where the wasted time hides in a company, and that is where I start. A solid read on the business is what separates a system that pays from a system that is a gimmick.

Guarantees

What I commit to.

  • You own the system.
  • Your sensitive data never flows into the AI tools.
  • Human approval on every sensitive action, before anything is automated.
  • You stay autonomous, without depending on the code.
  • A maintained system, that keeps evolving.
  • A proven system, already in production.

Pricing

A clear way in, the rest depends on scope.

01

Audit and mapping

€1,500 excl. VAT deducted from the build that follows

Two weeks. You leave with a map of your processes and a prioritised, costed roadmap. Executable by you, by me, or by someone else.

02

Build

On quote depending on scope

The foundation and the first workflows. The figure depends on what the audit turned up: I quote it precisely, once I know what there is to build.

03

Maintenance and extension

Recurring per month

Monitoring, improvements, new workflows. That is what keeps the system useful and growing with you.

FAQ

The questions that come up.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything that changes is edited in plain language, and I train you to run it. You edit a text, not code.

Is my data safe?

Let’s be precise: the system relies on models like Claude, and data does pass through them. What is walled off is what is sensitive: client files, CVs and figures never flow into the AI tools. The system is installed inside your company and built for GDPR.

What do I own at the end?

Everything. The system, the code, the access. No dependency imposed on you.

How long before I see results?

The first gains show within a few weeks, as soon as the first workflow is in production.

What if I want to stop?

The system is yours, you keep it. Maintenance is a service, not a lock-in.

How is this different from an automation agency?

I build something bespoke that you own, not fragile workflows on a tool you would be renting. And I start from your business value, not from the technology.

What does it cost?

The audit is €1,500 excl. VAT, deducted from what follows. The build depends on scope: the audit is what prices it precisely. Maintenance is recurring. Let’s talk it through.

Let’s talk

Thirty minutes
to find out
where to start.

A scoping conversation, not a sales call.

  • We look at your day-to-day.

What you and your team write, chase and compile by hand.

  • I tell you what I would do.

First, and why. Whether you work with me afterwards or not.

  • You won’t be chased.

If it isn’t for you, I say so during the call and we leave it there.

Not sure it’s for you? Start with the €1,500 audit
